We’re going to be exploring Mondstadt this time around as we continue to progress in Genshin Impact‘s Moonlight Merriment event. As usual, we’ll be looking for stuff so we can reach 100% completion. Here’s our Genshin Impact Moonlight Seeker Part 2 guide to help you find the Mystmoon Chests and Moonchase Charms in Mondstadt.
Note: For more information about the game, check out our Genshin Impact guides and features hub, as well as our version 2.1 overview. Likewise, you can take a look at our main guide for the Moonlight Merriment event in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact: Moonlight Seeker Part 2 – Mondstadt Mystmoon Chests and Moonchase Charms guide
Similar to what we did in the previous stage, we’ll have to find dozens of Mystmoon Chests and Moonchase Charms. This is the only way we’ll hit full completion for Moonlight Seeker Part 2 in Genshin Impact.
Of course, the locations are different this time since we have to explore the Mondstadt region. These items are scattered all over the Starfell Lake, Whispering Woods, and Starsnatch Cliff areas (seen on the map below).
Naturally, not everything will be highlighted on the world map, which means we still need to keep our eyes peeled and pay attention to the minimap. Moreover, we can still talk to Linyang who’s found in Liyue Harbor’s market. Again, she’ll give us clues as to the item locations. But, if there’s stuff that’s missing, we have to check back each daily reset. My advice is simply not to worry too much at this point in time because we’ll still be able to get all the clues eventually as long as we keep revisiting her.
Should you reach 100% progress in Genshin Impact‘s Moonlight Seeker Part 2, you’ll receive an Emperor’s Balsam. This is the refinement material for the Luxurious Sea-Lord claymore. Lastly, if you’ve hit certain thresholds and you’ve completed other activities, you might be at maximum Festive Fever already. You’ll now be able to do the Moonlight Merriment Part 2 quest.
