The basics of Genshin Impact‘s Lost Riches event and the Day 1 locations: Chinju Forest and Nazuchi Beach
As a quick refresher, let’s talk about the basics of the Lost Riches event.
Open the event panel and you’ll see the available locations. What you need to do is collect all the Iron Coins therein, unlocking the other location that’s available.
For Day 1, the first location is the area around Chinju Forest.
Go there and equip your Treasure-Seeking Seelie gadget. You’ll notice that it’s spinning around your character. However, it’ll also float away if it finds a dig spot.
Note: The Treasure-Seeking Seelie has a beeping sound effect. To hear it clearly, you can lower the volume of the music and dialogue in the options menu.
As of now, my guess is that these dig spots tend to be random, so just try to roam around the area within the golden circle until you find the stuff you need.
More often than not, you’ll find a few Iron Coins and, in a few cases, you’d pick up resources and materials too. It’s also possible to obtain map clues to the Special Treasure.
After you’ve collected all the stuff in Chinju Forest, the next location will show up. It’s Nazuchi Beach, so let’s make our way there.
In my experience, I found several Iron Coins near the large shipwreck where we encountered Inaba Kyuuzou in the Fate of a Fighter quest. I got a bunch of 20x Iron Coins in a couple of dig sites, and then the surrounding shoreline had a few more.
Anyway, let’s go to the next part of our Genshin Impact Lost Riches 2.0 and Special Treasure guide to take a look at the event shop rewards.
