Genshin Impact Magnificent Irodori Festival and Hues of the Violet Garden guide – True Tales and Festival Deeds
Let’s talk about the quests that you can do during Day 1 of the Hues of the Violet Garden event in Genshin Impact.
True Tales of the Violet Garden: Act 1 – The Strange Tale of Suikou’s Tipsy Tincture
This quest in Genshin Impact‘s Magnificent Irodori Festival and Hues of the Violet Garden is your typical run-of-the-mill activity. As long as you have the quest tracked, you’ll see where you need to go and which NPCs to talk to. First, there’s Katheryne of the Inazuma Adventurer’s Guild. You’ll then speak to Yae Miko and Ayato, who tell you about the Irodori Festival. Miko says that this is to celebrate artists from Inazuma’s history, starting with various stalls that sell light novels. At the same time, there are also five canvases that are to be painted by famed personages.
You’ll meet the first set of arrivals from Mondstadt: Albedo, Klee, and Venti. The tone-deaf bard is accosted by Kujou Sara, who thinks he might be a stowaway. Albedo intervenes, and you’ll need to say that Venti’s invitation is hidden in his cap to proceed. After Venti finds a poem, a short cinematic will play and Albedo’s painting will be completed.
Festival Deeds Part 1: A Story for You
After you’re done with the above, open the event panel and click on “Legends of the Kasen.” You’ll see the previous True Tales that you completed and, at the bottom, you’ll find the Festival Deeds section.
The first part, A Story for You, is also a typical quest. It involves meeting up with Klee to cook 3x Eggrolls before going to Yoimiya so you can print a Dodoco-themed novel. As an aside, there are a lot of dialogue sequences involved, so it can get a bit tiresome.
All right, let’s go to the next part of our guide to discuss rewards.
