Meeting Ayaka and learning about the Vision Hunt Decree

Once you arrive in Inazuma City, you’ll notice that it’s a massive location, easily dwarfing the cities of Mondstadt and Liyue Harbor.

Enter Komore Teahouse to experience a funny moment. For a short while, the Traveler will think that the proprietor is a dog. As it turns out, it’s just Thoma having some fun. Anyway, he’ll ask you to go to the giant Archon statue near the main building of the city. Just follow the trail until you reach it.

Next, you’ll visit the Kamisato Estate at the eastern section of Narukami Island. Ayaka won’t show herself just yet, but she does give you a few tasks. It’s about the Vision Hunt Decree and the tyrannical grip of the Raiden Shogun, the ruler of Inazuma.

Ayaka asks you to aid three samurai who’ve had their Visions taken. The first guy is Tejima in Konda Village. Talk to the NPCs here, then take a look at the diary and the shrine. Then, use your elemental sight (middle mouse button) to reveal tracks.

You’ll be led to a pile of rocks behind Tejima’s house. Sadly, Tejima has a hard time remembering what had happened to him after his Vision was taken.

The second person that you need to help is Kyounosuke who’s at the entrance of Inazuma City. He’ll tell you to find some Treasure Hunters nearby. Beat them up, and you’ll be asked to talk to an NPC named Aoi.

She’ll inform you that Kyounosuke seems to own a well-made sword. Once you speak with him, he admits that his memory is still hazy.

The last guy that you have to find is a sensei by the name of Domon. His dojo is at Inazuma City, but his students tell you that he’s about to get exorcised. Fast-forward the in-game clock until it’s nighttime (1800 to 2400), and you’ll spot an old man who scurries away. Follow him and he’ll reveal himself as Domon’s senior.

When you return to the dojo, the students tell you that Domon is in the Grand Narukami Shrine. This is at the northern section of the island (some distance away from the Kamisato Estate).

When you reach the cliffside, you’ll find a few Thunder Sakura Boughs. Interact with these and press “T” to grapple until you reach the main landmass.

The head shrine maiden is none other than Yae Miko (who will likely be a playable character down the line). She admits that there’s really nothing wrong with the sensei. She also adds that she’s got her eye on the Traveler.

With all these objectives done, it’s time to return to Kamisato Estate. Finally, Ayaka will reveal herself to you. She has a plan to stop the Raiden Shogun’s schemes, and she’s trying to build an army.

Let’s go to the next part of our Genshin Impact guide for “The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia” Archon Quest. It’s time to meet Yoimiya and conclude this quest chain.
