Genshin Impact: Dune-Entrombed Fecundity Part 2 guide

Dune-Entombed Fecundity Part 2 is a quest in Genshin Impact. In it, you’ll control a mech to smash open a tunnel, allowing you to reach another underground area. Here’s our Genshin Impact Dune-Entombed Fecundity Part 2 guide to help you with this quest and the related tasks.

Genshin Impact Dune-Entombed Fecundity Part 2 guide (Dirge of Bilqis)

After completing the previous section, you’ll receive the Dune-Entombed Fecundity Part 2 quest in Genshin Impact. Here’s the gist:

• Go to the marked location where the giant mech is. Pass through its arm to reach the interior.
• Pick up glowing crystals and place them in front of doors in a sequence, allowing you to grab more crystals in turn.
• Once you have three crystals, jump down to the lower level and put them in the generators. This lets you reach the upper area and the control room.

• Inside the control room, the perspective will switch to the mech’s screen. You only need to left-click (aiming won’t matter). This causes the mech to smash open a tunnel.
• Follow the underground tunnel until you reach the ruins. In the bottom area, release the orb and follow it upstairs.
• Move/hit the mechanisms to remove the piles of sand. Doing so will let you interact with other beams/switches, and even disable the fan so the orb can pass through.

• Once the pillars have moved, head back downstairs. Check the small room where the barrier used to be and press the switch. This will let you unlock the nearby door.
• In the large transition tunnel, you’ll spot a Withered Obelisk puzzle. One set of symbols is down the sloping path, and the other is hidden in the next room underneath a pile of sand. The correct sequence is: Waves -> K -> J -> F -> Waves.
• In the next room, there’s another simple puzzle involving switches and beams. Once you’re done with that, follow the path leading upwards.
• Press the switch to open the doorway. You should see a chest here that has the Soulferry chess piece.

• In the large chamber, you’ll notice an orb that you can release. Follow it/keep releasing until it reaches its destination.
• Head downstairs to get another one of Liloupar’s fragment, followed by a scene/dialogue.
• For the other orb, you’ll want to rotate the beam so that it removes the barrier. Then, as the orb is moving, rotate the beam once more to deactivate the fan.
• In the next chamber, don’t jump down the pit yet. Instead, press the switch at the top of the chasm. This lets you activate another pillar at the back.
• Tag the orb and follow it, which will lead to a side room with a fan. Press the previous switch (the one just before the chasm). It will repair the device so you can disable the fan.
• Continue following the orb to the next room, moving/rotating beams as you go along. When it reaches its destination, you’ll get a chest.

• Finally, you can approach the pit. Down below, you can follow the first seelie until it reaches the pedestal. Do the same for the seelie at the other side of the room to grab a chest.
• When you’re done with all of that, interact with the mechanism in the center of the room. Protect the pillar while defeating mobs.
• With the door open, Jeht and Liloupar will remark that there’s one more location left.
