Genshin Impact: Dodoco’s Bomb-Tastic Adventure event guide

A new event for Genshin Impact is live, and this fun event will bring us back to our starting location of Mondstadt. To start this event, you’ll need to complete a very short quest by heading to the Knights of Favonius library, where you’ll meet Lisa and Klee. To participate in this event, you’ll need to be Adventure Rank 20 and have completed the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom.”

Dodoco’s Bomb-tastic Adventure event guide

Dodoco’s Bomb-tastic Adventure is a mini game event where you play a board game, shooting Jumpy Dumpty bombs at enemy targets. Your goal is to clear as many enemy targets as possible and earn points for rewards. Press “Spacebar” to detonate each Jumpy Dumpty bomb early. Each bomb also explodes in a unique pattern, allowing you to clear enemy targets more efficiently. You can see the pattern of your equipped bomb on the right side of your screen.

The points you need for each threshold is located on the top-left of your screen. Meet each threshold to earn the most rewards.

There are six stages in this event, with each new stage unlocked after a different day. A certain stage can introduce new mechanics of the game. For instance, the second stage allows you to choose a different location to throw your Jumpy Dumpty bomb.

Stage One Guide

In Stage One, you need 35 points to win all the rewards. To win all the rewards for this stage, use your six cross bombs to clear the pink targets. Then, use your three square bombs to detonate the three yellow targets.

• Score 28 points: x30,000 Primogems, x3 Hero’s Wit
• Score 35 points: x20,000 Primogems, x3 Mystic Enhancement Ore

Stage Two Guide

In this stage, use the cross bombs to destroy the pink targets marked by the red cross first. Then, you can use the cross bombs to destroy each of the pink targets marked by the red star. Use your large cross bomb to destroy the targets marked with the purple lines.

• Score 16 points: x70 Primogems, x3 Boreal Wolf’s Cracked Tooth
• Score 28 points: x30,000 Primogems, x3 Hero’s Wit
• Score 34 points: x20,000 Primogems, x3 Mystic Enhancement Ore

Stage Three Guide

In this stage, use your first cross bombs to destroy the weeds, marked by the red crosses and stars. Use your second bomb to destroy the blue squares. Your final bomb should be large enough to destroy the yellow targets located in the purple circles.

• Score 16 points: x70 Primogems, x3 Chains of the Dandelion Gladiator
• Score 28 points: x30,000 Primogems, x3 Hero’s Wit
• Score 38 points: x20,000 Primogems, x3 Mystic Enhancement Ore

Stage Four Guide

In this stage, note that there are moving targets and a new target that will cause a large explosion. First, use your first bomb to destroy the target marked by a red star. This target will explode, clearing most of the targets in the area. Switch to your second bomb, and destroy the yellow targets marked by a red square in one shot. Switch back to your first bomb and hit the target marked by the purple star. Finally, swap back to your second bomb and destroy the remaining targets.

• Score 38 points: x30,000 Primogems, x3 Hero’s Wit
• Score 50 points: x20,000 Primogems, x3 Mystic Enhancement Ore

Stage Five Guide

In this stage, there are weeds that may contain an extra bomb. First, use your first bomb to destroy the target marked by a red star. These will grant you extra bombs. Hit the weed marked by a red star, then use your second bomb to hit the target marked by a purple star. You should then be able to use your remaining bombs to clear the areas marked by the white square, giving you 46 points.
