Childe’s/Tartaglia’s best artifacts: 4x Heart of Depth or 2x Heart of Depth/2x Noblesse Oblige
Noblesse Oblige comes from the Clear Pool and Mountain domain. Meanwhile, the Heart of Depth set comes from the Peak of Vindagnyr domain which needs to be unlocked via a quest chain.
Ideally, you’ll want four Heart of Depth pieces. The 2-piece bonus adds +15% Hydro damage, but the 4-piece bonus is a godsend. It increases your normal and charged attack damage by 30% for 15 seconds after using an elemental skill. Since Childe swaps to melee stance to start slicing foes, you’ll have this bonus up immediately.
With the feather and hourglass/sands having ATK and ATK% respectively, try to find a helmet/circlet with crit rate. As for the goblet/cup, make sure you’ve got Hydro Damage Bonus as a main stat to further increase Tartaglia’s DPS capabilities. Lastly, for sub stats, you’ll want even more crit rate and crit damage. If you can’t get decent rolls, just level up the ones that you do have and use them as fodder once you’ve farmed better ones.
Alternatively, you can consider just using two pieces of the Heart of Depth set and two pieces of the Noblesse Oblige set. The Noblesse Oblige’s 2-piece bonus for your elemental burst is still helpful.
Anyway, the next part of our guide discusses the talent priorities and constellations for Childe/Tartaglia.
