Genshin Impact: Best Lisa weapons and artifacts guide

Give them the shock of a lifetime.

Lisa, Mondstadt’s most vicious librarian, is a 4-star Electro character. Lisa is one of the four free characters given to all players in the game, including Traveler, Kaeya, and Amber. As a free character, you might think Lisa is a rather weak character. While Lisa may not stand up to the top-tier meta characters in the game, Lisa still holds her own thanks to the introduction of the Dendro element. Lisa can hold her own against the hardest content in the game, but, like any other character, requires you to equip her with the best gear to take advantage of her strengths. Lisa’s role is to dish out as much Electro DMG as possible. Here’s our Genshin Impact Lisa best weapons and artifacts guide to help you school the enemies with Lisa’s knowledge and power.

Genshin Impact – Lisa best weapons and artifacts

Lisa’s best weapon options

Kagura’s Verity – The Kagura’s Verity, also Yae Miko’s signature weapon, is one of Lisa’s best 5-star weapons. The Kagura’s Verity boosts Lisa’s stats significantly, with a Base ATK that goes as high as 608 and a 66.2% in CRIT DMG. In addition, the passive of Kagura’s Verity is perfect for Lisa, increasing her Elemental Skill DMG and Elemental DMG Bonus. Lisa can rapidly utilize the passive of this weapon, and the great offensive nature of this weapon makes it a great choice for Lisa.

Solar Pearl – For those on more of a budget, the Solar Pearl is another solid option for Lisa. It doesn’t reach the heights of Kagura’s Verity or some of the other 5-star options, but it’s a more affordable way to give Lisa some strong offensive prowess. With a respectable 510 boost to her Base ATK and a Crit Rate boost of 27.6%, this weapon gives Lisa comes great stats that make it a good and reliable option to obtain. You will need to spend a bit on the battle pass for this weapon.

The Widsith – This is the strongest option for players who are lower or free-to-play spenders. In some cases, the Widsith may even exceed the usefulness of the Solar Pearl. This weapon boosts her ATK by 510 and her Crit DMG by 55.1%, and can provide Lisa with three buffs, all that can help her: it can increase her ATK by 60%, Elemental DMG by 48%, and EM by 240. These buffs are already very strong, and are made even stronger if you have higher refinements.

Razor’s best artifact options

Thundering Fury

  • 2-piece bonus: Electro DMG bonus +15%.
  • 4-piece bonus: Increases DMG caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom by 40%, and the DMG Bonus conferred by Aggravate is increased by 20%. When Quicken or the aforementioned Elemental Reactions are triggered, Elemental Skill CD is decreased by one second. Can only occur once every 0.8s.

This is Lisa’s best artifact set, especially after the inclusion of Dendro. Lisa is best utilized as a Quicken / Aggravate user, synergizing well with Dendro characters. Therefore, we’ll take advantage of the boost in Aggravate damage thanks to this set.

Gilded Dreams

  • 2-piece bonus: Elemental Mastery +80.
  • 4-piece bonus: Within eight seconds of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members, ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for every party member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the aforementioned buffs will count for up to three characters. This effect can be triggered once every eight seconds. The character who equips this can still trigger its effects when not on the field.

The Gilded Dreams set still buffs Lisa’s Aggravate damage, thanks to the boost in Elemental Mastery. You lose some damage thanks to the loss in Electro DMG bonus, making this a solid but inferior option to Thundering Fury. Use whichever set gives you the best overall substats.
