Fruitless Anticipation

From “Adventurous Acquaintance,” reach the part where you can tell Bennett that you “could just do something else.” Follow that up with “let’s hang around town.”

The next steps are fairly straightforward as Bennett checks out the souvenir shop, food vendor, and general goods store. In the last one, he’ll notice a discount.

This will be followed by a lot of waiting, only to find out later that the shop’s closed. This gives you the “Fruitless Anticipation” ending for Bennett’s Hangout Event in Genshin Impact.

Hasty Farewell

From “Adventurous Acquaintance,” reach the part where you can tell Bennett that you “could just do something else.” Follow that up with “a walk in the wild.”

Fast travel to the “dandelion meadow” in Stormbearer Point. There, Bennett will spot several chests. Go ahead and open all of them (there’s not much loot inside, sadly).

Follow Bennett until you reach the cliffside where an adventurer will tell him that they need to leave. You’ll get the “Hasty Farewell” ending here.
