Genshin Impact: Alhaitham best artifacts guide

Artifact-haitham.

5-star character Alhaitham uses the power of Dendro, allowing him to create mirrors that continuously shoot lasers at foes. Coincidentally, his abilities happen to have high elemental mastery (EM) scaling, which makes him ideal for Dendro reaction damage. Still, you need to make sure that you’re farming the right items for him. Here’s our Genshin Impact Alhaitham best artifacts guide to help you with sets like Deepwood Memories and Gilded Dreams.

Genshin Impact Alhaitham best artifacts guide – Deepwood Memories, Gilded Dreams, and other combinations

We can consider Deepwood Memories and Gilded Dreams as the best artifacts for Alhaitham in Genshin Impact. They boost Dendro bonus damage and EM, respectively, and they both come from the Spire of Solitary Enlightenment domain. Still, certain combinations can also be tried out.

4-piece Gilded Dreams

  • 2-piece – +80 elemental mastery.
  • 4-piece – For eight seconds after triggering an elemental reaction, the character wearing this set will gain buffs depending on the party composition:
    • +14% ATK for every teammate with a similar element.
    • +50 elemental mastery for every teammate with a different element.

Gilded Dreams is the best artifact set for Alhaitham in Genshin Impact. This is due to the flat bonuses obtained based on the elements of your squad members. Assuming you’ve got a Hyperbloom team comp with two Dendro characters, one Hydro, and one Electro, you’re looking at +180 EM and +14% ATK.

4-piece Deepwood Memories

  • 2-piece – +15% Dendro damage.
  • 4-piece – Decreases the opponent’s Dendro resistance by 30% for eight seconds after they’re hit by an elemental skill or burst; can be triggered even if the equipping character is not on the field.

Deepwood Memories should only be equipped on Alhaitham if he’s the sole Dendro character in your squad and no other teammate can use it. The bonus and resistance shred perks are amazing, but bear in mind that even healers of a different element can just wear it if need be.

Combination sets

  • Double EM – You can get the 2-piece bonuses from Gilded Dreams plus another EM-boosting set like Wanderer’s Troupe or Flower of Paradise Lost. This setup is comparable to the 4-piece Gilded Dreams set, assuming you don’t have decent rolls or you’re not maximizing the buffs with your setup anyway. For instance, a 2x Dendro and 2x Electro comp for Spread will give Alhaitham:
    • Gilded Dreams – +14% ATK and +130 EM.
    • Double EM combination – +160 EM.
  • Deepwood + EM – For this one, you’ll simply use the 2-piece Dendro damage bonus from Deepwood Memories, combined with an EM-boosting set.

Stat priorities

  • Main stats – EM / Dendro damage bonus / crit
  • Sub-stats – Crit > EM > ATK%
  • One of Alhaitham’s passives grants an extra 0.1% projectile damage for each point of EM. As such, having just around 500 EM nets you +50% projectile damage.
