Where to find the Fuse for the Witch’s Hut in Alan Wake 2

It's always a broken Fuse Box, isn't it?

Near the start of Alan Wake 2, you’ll hit a point where you need to find a Fuse for the Witch’s Hut. But you’re in a dense forest, and you’re not given much information to go on.

Alan Wake 2: Witch’s Hut Fuse location

The only clue provided by the manuscript is that the Fuse is amongst the junk in the forest. Where you can find the Fuse for the Witch’s Hut in Alan Wake 2 is just west of the hut across a bridge in a blue container.

Head to the point where my location is on the map above. When I checked my Goals, it said it was in the immediate area. At first, I was cluelessly roaming around the forest, but it turns out it was closer to the hut than I realized. Across the wooden bridge west of the hut, you’ll find some random items…even a broken Fuse. This isn’t it, but you’re on the right track.

Once you find a table with some blue containers, you can pick up the Fuse inside one of the boxes. Now, just take it back to the Fuse Box, and place it inside. With the Witch’s Hut lit up, it now serves as a Break Room. This is a safe spot where you can hide from enemies and even save your game.

As a tip, anywhere with bright lights is a safe spot, but Break Rooms differ in that you can Quick Save or manually save. Otherwise, you have to just rely on autosaves. Don’t forget to check this room for another manuscript and a useful item in one of the drawers!
