Here’s some fun at the industry’s expense. There’s a Kickstarter out now for a card game where you roleplay as a game developer, starting your own company, hiring staff, and making games, all while skewering common industry tropes. Introducing Game Developerz.

This game is not so much a simulation of managing a game studio, as much as it is an elaborate inside joke. You can see from their quotes from actual developers that the devs are in on the joke, so it’s all good.
