Epic says that missing items from the v1.7 update will be reinstated, including both weapons and traps. Materials to make any missing traps or weapons will also be dished out to those whos still have the schematic. This process has started today but players may not see their items right away.

In other v1.7 fallout news, Epic says that the DX10 GPU support which has caused some players issues will be sorted out next week. Support for DX10 GPUs will be reinstated in an update. According to Epic, the plan is to remove the SX10 support in the future but plenty of warning will be given in advance next time. There is no date specified as to when that might happen.

With more than 7 million players now signed up to Fortnite , Epic will want to keep the community sweet. With the game still in Early Access, problems are bound to occur but they’re smart to act quickly on these problems. Gamers can be a fickle bunch.
