Fortnite weapon charms leak

Fortnite leak claims that weapon charms could be coming soon

More customization.

A new Fortnite leak suggests that Epic Games may soon add weapon charms to the game as cosmetic options. Currently, the only way you can customize your Fortnite weapons is by adding weapon wraps. The addition of weapon charms would provide you with another way of personalizing your weapons even more.

A reputable Fortnite data miner known as @ShiinaBR shared that Epic Games is supposedly working on weapon charms — or considering adding them to the game. They go on to explain that a new string of code for upcoming “cosmetic archiving” details the possibility to “archive charms.” It is unknown what kind of weapon charms could be available to unlock, but it’s likely they’ll be popular among fans.

Outlook hazy

However, without any confirmation from Epic Games, we can’t be sure when or if weapon charms will make a debut in Fortnite. Chapter 3 Season 4 should begin towards the end of summer, so they could be introduced at that time. Until Epic Games makes an official announcement, leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt. In the meantime, another leak has been circulating about a rumored Fortnite and Dragon Ball Z crossover that could be in the works.

Weapon charms feature in a variety of other shooters such as Valorant and Call of Duty. Typically, you unlock weapon charms through a battle pass or you can grab them in the in-game store.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 kicked off a huge party on the island. Ever since, we have learning about the new biome, using new weapons such as the Charge submachine gun and the Ripsaw Launcher and much more. As always, this season is full of new cosmetics on the Battle Pass and in the in-game store. Most recently, Indiana Jones skins and cosmetics went live.
