Fortnite Resident Evil Crossover Leak

Fortnite leak hints at a potential upcoming crossover with Resident Evil

When two popular titles collide.

Epic Games hasn’t shied away from supporting crossovers in Fortnite. There have been so many over the years, and they just keep on coming. The Fortnite Icon Series alone features an array of well-known faces such as Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, and Naomi Osaka. As Chapter 4’s first season is coming to an end, leaks are starting to come in on what the next season could entail. A new leak suggests that a Resident Evil crossover could be in the works, bringing some fan-favorite characters to Fortnite.

Already, Fortnite have worked with other video games to bring their characters to life on the island. In the past, we’ve seen Lara Croft, various Pac-Man cosmetics, and even this season, Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher is the bonus battle pass skin.

Everything we know about the potential Fortnite and Resident Evil crossover

According to the prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX, along with another reputable leaker known as ShiinaBR, a source reportedly contacted them and claimed a Resident Evil crossover is on the way. If the leak rings true, you could be able to use your V-Bucks to purchase Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield skins from Resident Evil 2. The collaboration could go live in Chapter 4 Season 2, which begins on March 8. If the leak is accurate, an official announcement shouldn’t be too far away.

The leak has already been received well by fans who are hoping to get their hands on these skins. Perhaps, there could be some matching cosmetics to go with the outfits in some sort of a bundle, but this is all just speculation.

At the time of writing, neither Epic Games or Capcom has commented on the Fortnite and Resident Evil crossover leak. With that being said, its not unrealistic, especially with the Resident Evil 4 Remake releasing later this month.
