A new patch for the free to play Fortnite Battle Royale mode is dropping today. This new patch makes adjustments to the Assault Rifle buffing accuracy but increasing reload times.

Other fixes have also been added in this update including parties being unjoinable after the host leaves, fixing issues with players joining lobbies and server crash issues. Not a huge patch but good to see Epic are keeping on top of this following the huge influx of players this past week.
The patch is expected to roll out at 2PM EDT and there will be some downtime while it’s implemented. The full patch notes are as follows.

- Optimal accuracy is achieved by aiming while crouching without movement.

- Polish and Bug Fixing
- Fixed an issue that caused a party to be unjoinable after the Host had left it.
- Fixed issues with players joining lobbies.
- Fixed a couple of server crashes.
