As previously advertised by EA, the FIFA 17 demo is available to download and try today. Traditionally, the demo is the same build of the game shown at that year’s GamesCom and often differs a little from the full release.
The PC demo can be picked up on Origin weighing in at a little over 7GB. I’ll be taking a look at PC version today to see how the switch to Frostbite has affected the game, and for a glimpse of the much-hyped ‘Journey’ mode. The demo version puts Alex Hunter at Man Utd by default, so hopefully I can make him best mates with Ibrahimovic.
As well as a section from The Journey, the FIFA 17 demo has the usual friendly ‘Kick-Off’ mode with a few teams to try out. It includes the twelve following clubs.
- Manchester United
- Manchester City
- Chelsea
- Real Madrid
- Juventus
- Inter
- Paris Saint-Germain
- Olympique Lyonnais
- Seattle Sounders
- Bayern München
- Tigres U.A.N.L.
- Gamba Osaka
Three stadiums will be available to play matches in, too.
- CenturyLink
- Stamford Bridge
- Suita City Football Stadium
