Far Cry New Dawn System Requirements Ultra 4k 60 Fps

Far Cry New Dawn Has Fairly Acceptable System Requirements

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

Far Cry New Dawn takes place 17 years after Far Cry 5. A nuclear holocaust changed the landscape of Hope County, Montana entirely. Now, it’s up to the player and various survivors to face the encroaching raiders known as Highwayman. The post-apocalyptic landscape in Far Cry New Dawn will be filled with new threats, and, naturally, dazzling and strange scenery.

All of that would be for naught if your rig can’t run it. That’s why Ubisoft has released the system requirements for the game. For the most part, Far Cry New Dawn has the same system requirements as its predecessor. And now, on to the specs:

You’ll notice that, much like other games in their catalog, Ubisoft also added system requirements for various settings (4K and FPS), including the presets that each setup can run. Nicely done, Ubi.

Easy On The Eyes And The Wallet

Ubisoft has a full list of supported GPUs and even gamepads for your perusal on the official site. Again, the requirements are fairly forgiving. You wouldn’t need to burn a hole through your wallet (them RTX 2080s) just to play on the highest settings.

Far Cry New Dawn releases on February 15. We’ll keep you updated with more coverage as we get closer to release date. You can also check out the game’s Steam store page if you plan on revisiting Hope County.
