Getting around Vaas’ fractured and surreal mind isn’t too hard. You do have Memory Link mirrors that act as fast travel options, albeit being limited in nature. Still, there are a few additional tools and vehicles that can aid you in exploration. Here’s our Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity DLC guide to help you get the Quad Buggy, Wingsuit, Parachute, and Grapple.

How to get the Quad Buggy, Wingsuit, and other tools in Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity
Getting the Wingsuit, Quad Buggy, and other tools in the Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity DLC is quite simple enough. All you need to do is unlock them as Mirror skills in the Sloth category. Because the perks need to be obtained in sequence, you’ll need to amass a lot of cash as well.
The first two traits are fairly cheap to obtain:
- Add +2 Healing Syringe capacity.
- Show silhouettes of tagged enemies behind cover.
As for the next trait, you’ll need to pony up 1,000 cash. This gives you access to the Wingsuit, Parachute, and Grapple tools. They’ll definitely make exploration a lot more manageable.
However, I would be remiss if I didn’t advise you regarding the Wingsuit. Although it can let you reach areas quicker if you’re already standing on a higher vantage point, using it is also very risky. If you’re gliding too fast and you accidentally hit an obstacle or a tree, Vaas will instantly die. Because this DLC is a rogue-lite, deaths will cause you to lose everything but your unlocked weapon cases, permanent traits, and power slots.
As for the Quad Buggy, you need to spend more. The next perk, an extra +2 Healing Syringes, costs 6,000 cash. Meanwhile, the trait that unlocks the vehicle costs 2,000 cash. The Quad Buggy vehicle will only spawn in safe areas in Far Cry 6 Vaas: Insanity, but you can drive it almost anywhere.
Far Cry 6 is available via Ubisoft’s store and the Epic Games Store.
