Far Cry 4 trailer outlines the factions and modes of PvP

Sorry but this is clearly the best faction.

Ubisoft has taken a brief break from releasing 53,000 Assassin’s Creed: Unity trailers, and put out a new one for Far Cry 4 instead. This video (below) takes you through the factions and modes in the competitive multiplayer segment of the game.

Set during Kyrat ruler Pagan Min’s consolidation of power, it pits the elite Rakshasa guards against members of the Golden Path rebellion in three different game modes. The Rakshasa can summon spirit animals, ride elephants and vanish into forests, while the Golden Path have … jeeps and guns, I guess. I know which faction sounds more interesting out of those two!

Matches are 5v5 and said to last roughly 20 minutes each. Far Cry 4 will have ten maps at launch, and the following game modes:

• Outpost – the Golden Path works to establish an outpost in the region while the Rakshasa has to get rid of them and secure the outpost for Pagan Min.
• Propaganda – the Golden Path has to destroy three Pagan Min installations while the Rakshasa protects them.
• Demon Mask – both sides have to find the mask and return it to their home base.

Far Cry 4 is scheduled to release on 18 November. That appears to be a worldwide date, so everyone will be playing it on that day.
