The latest State of the Game report from Fallen Earth LLC has revealed that one huge patch for the game will arrive in the second quarter of this year, instead of the two smaller patches as previously stated.
The original plan was to introduce a new area called Deadfall in patch 1.4, then masses of new PvP features in 1.5 shortly afterwards. However, since the departure of the game’s lead game designer Lee Hammock, things have clearly been shaken up, and now players are due to receive all the new content from both patches in one large update.
Things to look out for will be the new area of Deadfall which brings with it around 140 new missions and six new instances, and four new arena-style PvP events including Death Match, Assault, Survival and Capture the Flag. It doesn’t end there; the new Clan Wars feature is also arriving, allowing world PvP between warring groups, there will be updates to conflict towns, new mutant mounts and an achievement system.
