EverQuest Server Merges Announced

Sony Online Entertainment has informed players of its long-running MMO EverQuest that several game servers will be merged from next month. The server consolidations seen below will take place between 22 June and 6 July 2010.  SOE is offering one free server transfer to all affected characters for seven days after that character is moved to the new server as a result of the server merge. In addition to this, players are also being offered reduced rates on many customer service items including name, race and gender changes. Find out more over at the official site.
