Once you have all seven Stone Tablet Fragments, return to the crafting machine below Lily’s room in the White Parish.

Interact with the contraption to receive the Luminant Aegis Curio. This is a relic that has no cost, so you can happily equip it whenever you’d like.

In fact, you should go ahead and travel to The Deep. Make sure you have the Luminant Aegis Curio equipped when you battle the final boss. This will lead to another fight and the secret ending of Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights.
