Blighted Lord boss fight: Final battle (Stone Tablets/Aegis Curio)
Let’s say you found all the Stone Tablets and you’ve got the Aegis Curio. Well, go ahead and fight the Blighted Lord.
The encounter will follow the usual phase, so take it out as you normally would. If you have the Aegis Curio equipped beforehand, try to purify the Blighted Lord’s corpse.
Surprise! It’ll transform into an “exalted” version of itself.
The Blighted Lord gains a couple of abilities (alongside the ones you’ve seen before):
- Rain of Fire – Originally, this spell cast several homing fireballs. You could dash or use the Incompetent Sinner to quickly avoid them. However, it seems that a pre-release update changed this. The fireballs are larger, but they’re also slow-moving and are now falling down from the sky.
- Rip and Tear – The boss will pull back its arms before clasping both hands.
Continue with your jumping attacks, mists/summons, and Last Rites “Optic Blasts.” Just be careful of being too aggressive because you need to telegraph the boss’ abilities as well.
At 25% health, it’ll be permanently staggered/idle. Go ahead and kill it.
Purifying the boss’ corpse leads to success. You’re then shown a cutscene with the kingdom being cleansed, and the White Priestess promises to always watch over Lily. This is the secret/best ending in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights.
Oh, and you’ll also receive the Lost Heirloom relic (found next to the Blighted Heart respite). I’m not entirely sure if it leads to another secret.
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights is available via Steam. For more information, check out our guides and features hub.
