EA Says Activision Lawsuit Is ‘Filled With Pettiness’

This article is over 14 years old and may contain outdated information

Electronic Arts has responded to Activision’s $400 million lawsuit, citing the move as ‘filled with pettiness’.
Activision wants compensation after claiming that EA ‘interfered with contracts, engaged in unfair competition’.
EA’s Jeff Brown said in a statement: “This is a PR play filled with pettiness and deliberate misdirection. Activision wants to hide the fact that they have no credible response to the claim of two artists who were fired and now just want to get paid for their work.”
