After you have collected enough on-sight intel about the infected through trial and error — that is, taking care of your immunity and not getting killed by monsters — then you will need to meet with Mr. Z in Horseshoe. He is located inside the Artist Workshop in the south of the district, near the limit with Quarry End.
Once inside, interact with Mr. Z and he will ask you a set of four different questions that you will have to answer properly to complete this side mission. If you answer incorrectly, then you will fail the quiz and will have to return later — which you can expedite by resting in your bed and returning to Mr. Z. The first one is categorized as an Axe weapon, although it is pretty much a shovel, and the second one is one of the many mementos, or collectibles, in the game. So, if you are a completionist, make sure to take note of the answers above so you don’t miss out on your platinum trophy!
