What Dragon Ball FighterZ 2 needs to do — The gameplay and mechanics

Step 1: Make Cell's yell louder.

Last week we took a deep dive into what a potential Dragon Ball FighterZ 2 could do to improve on the first. We focused on everything outside of the gameplay in the previous article. This included netcode, lobbies, and single-player content. Today, we will go over what changes can be made to the actual gameplay and mechanics of the game to make it even better.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is a great fighting game. I think it’s pretty hard to argue against that at this point. But it could still use some improvement. Let’s begin with probably the most hotly contested aspect of Dragon Ball FighterZ. That’s right, it’s time to talk about superdashes.
