The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 open beta will kick off this weekend. It starts tomorrow, August 10, at 10 AM PST for those who have preordered the game, and then it open to anyone with the Battle.net on August 11. Once the beta test is over, however, you won’t get the chance to play again until the playtest for the battle royale mode known as Blackout rolls out in September. You should also know that if you are playing during the closed beta, the version you have downloaded will update to the Blackout Beta come September.
Treyarch, the developer of Black Ops 4, also recently revealed the PC requirements for the open beta. The recommended specs require you to have at least 26 GB of open hard drive space, 12 GB of RAM, and an Intel Core i7 4770k or AMD equivalent. In terms of GPU, you’re looking at a 6 GB GTX 070/GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon R9 390/RX 580.
