Time will stop in whatever situation you’re in, and a few different options pop up. Sadly, some of the customization options aren’t as in depth as other games are, but there’s still some substance. For example, you can roll the camera, change the field of view, or even make Clive invisible for a beautiful landscape shot. Feel free to use the joysticks and the back triggers to position the camera correctly.

If you press ‘R1’ on the controller, there are a couple other options to toggle. You can turn on depth of field to make the background blur. There’s even an option to toggle the amount of blur you want. Then, once you’re ready to snap a picture, hide the UI by pressing the triangle button. You can then press the ‘Create’ button to take the photo. Unlike some other PlayStation games, Final Fantasy 16 doesn’t have a lot of photo mode options. Still, you can take some spectacular photos, especially if you have graphics mode on in the settings.

Final Fantasy 16 is available on the PlayStation 5.
