With how beautiful Final Fantasy 16 looks, don’t you want to savor the moment? In most AAA games nowadays, you’ll find a photo mode feature that lets you get creative and become a video game photographer. Then, you can capture the right moment and share it with your friends. If you want to know if Final Fantasy 16 does have a photo mode, we can answer that for you.
How to access photo mode in Final Fantasy 16
You’re in luck for an answer, because Final Fantasy 16 does have a photo mode! If you’re lost searching in the menus for it, you’ll want to head to your Attributes screen. There, in the bottom left corner, is the button prompt for photo mode. Press the Touchpad on your PlayStation 5 controller, and now you can take stylized and edited photos!
Time will stop in whatever situation you’re in, and a few different options pop up. Sadly, some of the customization options aren’t as in depth as other games are, but there’s still some substance. For example, you can roll the camera, change the field of view, or even make Clive invisible for a beautiful landscape shot. Feel free to use the joysticks and the back triggers to position the camera correctly.
If you press ‘R1’ on the controller, there are a couple other options to toggle. You can turn on depth of field to make the background blur. There’s even an option to toggle the amount of blur you want. Then, once you’re ready to snap a picture, hide the UI by pressing the triangle button. You can then press the ‘Create’ button to take the photo. Unlike some other PlayStation games, Final Fantasy 16 doesn’t have a lot of photo mode options. Still, you can take some spectacular photos, especially if you have graphics mode on in the settings.
Final Fantasy 16Â is available on the PlayStation 5.
