Does Exoprimal have crossplay? Limited crossplay, explained

I get a little help from my friends.

As gaming goes platform agnostic, it’s great now you don’t have to spend a large sum of money to play a few games with your friends. Crossplay has quickly become the norm, and more and more games are joining the trend. Naturally, one question gamers have in today’s world is if the game they want has crossplay. One of the games that have been questioned to have this system is Exoprimal. Read on to find out if Exoprimal has full crossplay or limited crossplay.

Exoprimal: Does it have full or limited crossplay – explained

Since Exoprimal is coming out on all systems, it would make sense to have full crossplay enabled. The good news is that the Exoprimal feature crossplay. So you and your friend regardless of platform can use the plethora of exosuits to fight off the threat. All each player needs to do is create or log in using their Capcom ID. This may come as to surprise if you played the beta, since this wasn’t featured back then. A game like Exoprimal featuring crossplay is beneficial because the PVPVE mechanics of the game makes it worthwhile.

Limited crossplay explained

While Exoprimal features crossplay, it’s just not full crossplay. This means, with it being limited you can only do so much. In a game that has full crossplay, players can invite one another no matter the platform to their party. But, for Exoprimial it’s a little more complicated. At the moment, you can only crossplay during matchmaking. This means you can only send invites to players who are on the same system as you. So if you want to play with friends on other platforms, you may have to randomly match with them during matchmaking. This shouldn’t deter you from playing the game with your friends, because in the future Capcom may have full crossplay — it just makes sense.
