DiRT 2 Games For Windows LIVE Demo Out Now

Codemasters has announced a demo is now available for the Games for Windows LIVE edition of Colin McRae: DiRT 2.The demo, available to download from the official site, includes two events, Trailblazer and Landrush.In Trailblazer, players take on a Moroccan point-to-point track in a Mitsubishi Eclipse GT while Landrush is an eight vehicle race taking place at the Ensenada Port circuit in Baja California.The demo shows off some of the tasty DX11 effects in the game, provided you have the hardware to handle it. The full version will also include a benchmarking function so you can test your rig against the new features.  The PC version of DiRT 2 is due to go on sale across EPAC territories on Thursday, with the UK release to follow on Friday.Check out our review of the console version here.
