Paradox have announced that they’re partnering with indie dev T3P to produce an extended edition of oh-God-get-it-away-from-me-’em-up Teleglitch, entitled Teleglitch: Die More Edition. So we can’t shout at them for false advertising, I guess.
In case you don’t know what it is, Teleglitch‘s basic feature list reads like the sort of barebones design document I might scribble out at 5am while on a caffeine high: it’s a top-down sci-fi survival-horror shooter with permadeath, procedurally generated levels, a crafting system, and a general sense of unease and fear. Why haven’t I played this yet?
The Die More Edition improves upon things with all-new “branching bonus levels”, better AI, more story, more items, and more weapons, and it’s apparently coming to “major digital distribution platforms” this summer for $12.99.
Oh yes, and if you’ve already purchased Teleglitch, you get access to this version for free. Can’t complain about that. Looks like you can no longer purchase or play the demo of the original game, though, so you may complain about that.
