Blizzard has this evening released details of their v1.0.7 Diablo 3 patch which comes with PvP information  and other changes they are making to the game.
The long awaited blog update from the development team was posted which included details on now PvP will function. Players will need to speak to an NPC called Nek the Brawler at the Tristram inn. He will then take your party to the Scorched Chapel which is a new zone specifically designed for PvP combat. According to Blizzard, the new zone has “custom geometry” featuring four areas, the church, the graveyard, the river, and the lake.
The PvP supports four players in a free-for-all which means battles will be either one-on-one, three-player FFA, or a full four-player FFA. Blizzard has implemented this system to create a “a safe, opt-in location” to minimise griefing.
Other changes include a new set of rare crafting recipes which will be bind on account, new gems called the Marquise, changes to the Monster power system, experience bonuses in Inferno and more.
The patch will deployed onto the public test servers “soon” for testing before finally going live. Full in-depth details can be found on Diablo: IncGamers.
