While going through runs in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, you’ll eventually realize a Supply Pod is about to drop, but how can you get it to arrive?
I struggled to figure out how Supply Pods worked in my first few runs until I realized what to do. Let’s go over how to summon the Supply Pods to make things easier for you.
How to get Supply Pod to drop in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor
During each level of your run in DRG:S, you’ll get one Supply Pod drop. At least, that’s how it works for the beginning levels, but perhaps the tougher ones will allow multiple. You can get your Supply Pod to drop in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor by clearing the area and standing in the radius.
Once you get the announcement that a Supply Pod is incoming, your boss will tell you to clear the area. Look to your minimap to find your Supply Pod. Although I quickly realized that I needed to get the area clear of any debris or rock, I was struggling to get the Supply Pod to drop afterward. The circle will be yellow, and when it turns blue, you know you’ve cleared it enough.

After clearing the area, you still have to stand within the Supply Pod’s drop radius to summon it. You’ll notice a secondary circle beginning to expand, and the longer you stand in the radius, the closer it gets to the outer circle. Once that happens, the Supply Pod will finally drop.
At first, I would clear the debris and then run out of the radius, confused as to why the Supply Pod wasn’t dropping. It took a few tries before I realized I had to stand in the radius for a few seconds before it was ready.
