Dead Block announced

Zombies just never seem to go out of fashion when it comes to video games and the latest game announcement to include the incredibly stupid walking dead is Dead Block.
Digital Reality publishing will be releasing Dead Block later this year on the PC, PSN and XBLA and is described as a third person Action defense survival game where zombies are being revived by 50’s Rock’n’Roll.
The game focuses around a few survivors, Jack Foster (a construction worker), Foxy Jones (a traffic warden), and Mike Bacon (a perpetually hungry boy scout) who have teamed up to protect themselves against the undead.
Players will be able to utilise weapons, set traps and build blockades to fight off the hordes of undead. The game is being powered by the Unreal 3 Engine and is being developed by Hamburg based Candygun Games. Look out for it later this year.
