Just over 2 years ago the DayZ mod released. Today, the Standalone game just broke 2 million units in under 6 months https://t.co/o4WjnTs8Bi

The game is not expected to hit beta until later this year and progress has been a little sluggish in the past few months due to the team sorting out mouse controls and other technical issues. It’s pretty good going though, the game only went into early access at the end of last year.
Thanks to its open ended gameplay, even if is lacking features at the moment, there’s obviously enough in the game to entice new players to part with their cash and keep everyone entertained. All we need now is some way to move about instead of walking or running.
