Dawn of War 3 now has a release date of 27 April and an FAQ covers the basics when it comes to pre-ordering. It also offers up some basic system requirements.

Checking the Steam page, there are more details on what will be required to get the most out of the game. It’s going to soak up 50GB of HD space and an Internet connection is a requirement as you can see from the additional notes. You can apparently play without one but no progression will be saved.
The system requirements are fairly hefty for an RTS.
