As part of its ongoing bankruptcy process, THQ will be attempting to auction off the rest of its intellectual properties and licensed software in a procedure that will be completed by mid-May. This auction follows the one in January which saw Relic move to SEGA and Volition purchased by Koch Media (Deep Silver,) and includes properties such as the Red Faction and Homeworld series’.
The various properties have been divided into six “lots,” and final bids will be required on 15 April. THQ states that it has “received more than 100 expressions of interest” in purchasing assorted titles, though doesn’t disclose who those potential bidders are, or what IPs were of particular interest.
It appears, though isn’t directly stated, that bidding has to take place on a whole “lot,” rather than individual titles. With that in mind, the lots are as follows:

Lots five and six are kind of a grab-bag of titles, and (for example) if DoubleFine wished to get the license for Stacking and Costume Quest back, it appears they would have to bid on everything in lot six.
