Dark Souls 3 Collector’s and Prestige Editions outed

This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information

Dark Souls 3 won’t be with us until next year but the Collector and Prestige editions for the game have been outed by a keen shopper in the UAE.

So what do you get and what are the prices? It’s easy to see what each edition contains but the UAE pricing of $136 USD and $490 USD could be some way off from what will be the retail price in the US or Europe. You’d have to be mental to pay $490 USD for anything game related, unless it’s a Star Citizen ship of course.

The Collector’s Edition appears to include the following:

A copy of Dark Souls III
Collector’s Box
Metal Case
25cm Red Knight Figurine
A4 Hardcover Artbook
Soundtrack
Cloth Game Map
3X Iron-On Patches

The Prestige comes with:

A copy of Dark Souls III
Collector’s Box
Metal Case
40cm Lord of Cinder Figurine
A4 Hardcover Artbook
Soundtrack
Cloth Game Map
3X Iron-On Patches

The difference between the two appears to be the statue, but an extra 15cm on a statue surely can’t cost an extra $354 USD. I somehow think these prices will be revised or are just incorrect at the moment.

The pages for these have now vanished from the Geekaygames website which is where they appeared so we’ll have to wait for more details from Namco.

Thanks NeofGaf.
