Bandai Namco have released a smattering of new screenshots for the upcoming Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin.

At least, I think they’re new. I know I’ve seen a couple of these before, but I’m fairly sure the rest are new.

Scholar of the First Sin is the wonderfully confusing remake/update of Dark Souls 2, which lumps in all the DLC together with a prettier version of the game, offering new enemy placements and gameplay design and more online players and other such things. It also offers new NPCs and story stuff, but that’s coming in a free patch to the regular Dark Souls 2 anyway, and… yeah, it’s a bit confusing.

Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin is due out on 7 April.
