Anybody wanting to get a free look at the PC version of SWERY’s D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die (either to benchmark or just see what the PC release is like,) may get a chance this weekend.
The man himself was on twitter earlier today, stating that a D4 demo is “maybe” due this weekend.
Good morning. We will maybe release demo of D4PC on this weekend. PLS use it to check your PC spec for playing D4. @AccessGames @playismEN

I take that as pretty much confirmation that there will be a demo of some sort. The “maybe” seems to just refer to whether it’ll be available this weekend or not.
Edit 29 May: Hey hey, it came out early. You can get the demo from this page. Rest of the original story follows.
According to previously released information about the PC version of D4, we can expect 60fps (with a decent enough PC,) faster loading times, bug fixes, and an integration of all the DLC that was available for the Xbox One release. Screen resolution, windowed/fullscreen, Vsync, and dynamic shadowing are all confirmed as graphics options as well.
Here are the minimum and recommended specs. The i7 in ‘recommended’ makes me raise an eyebrow, but the rest looks alright. Anyway, people should be able to find out for themselves how well and/or poorly it runs when the demo shows up.
Minimum system specs:
– Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 8 64-bit.
– Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83GHz or AMD CPU or equivalent.
– 6GB RAM.
– NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470 or AMD Radeon HD 6870 (VRAM 1GB).
– DirectX 11.
– Hard disk with 10GB of free space.
Recommended system specs:
– Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 8 64-bit.
– Intel Core i7 4770k @ 3.5GHz or AMD CPU or equivalent.
– 8GB RAM.
– NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 or AMD Radeon HD 7850 (VRAM 2GB).
– DirectX 11.
– Hard disk with 20GB of free space.
