In most Western RPGs, stealth is usually an option. And with Cyberpunk 2077, it’s often a very fun and useful playstyle to go for. Luckily with the 2.0 update, stealthy gameplay has never been better. The redone progression system has added a bunch of cool perks and abilities you can use to sneak past enemies with ease. Your old builds are gone, but now it’s time to try something new. Here are the best perks for stealth in Cyberpunk 2077.
Cyberpunk 2077: Best stealth perks
Stealth in Cyberpunk 2077 is usually complimented by another pillar of the progression. For example, it’s good to have a lot of progress in the Handguns skill tree for your silenced pistol. Or maybe you’d want to put some points into netrunning and be a stealthy hacker. Either way, you’ll want to invest in plenty of other perks besides the ones I list here. But now let’s tackle the best stealth perks.

Head over to the Cool skill tree and take a look at the center branch of skills. On the bottom, you’ll see sills like Blind Spot which uses your Mitigation Chance when crouching to determine how long it takes for enemies to detect you. Grab all of the skills down here because they’re all very useful. Then look up to the next core skill to see Ninjistu. At the third level of Ninjitsu, you get a new ability that lets you sprint while crouching. And this is incredibly useful to dart past enemies whenever an opening appears.
Next to Ninjistu, we’ve got a couple of skills that utilize your Optical Camo. Creeping Death boosts your health, stamina, and movement speed when you neutralize an enemy undetected. And Vanishing Act activates your Optical Camo automatically when you crouch-sprint or slide. These perks make the Optical Camo a more passive ability, which is useful if you keep forgetting to use it yourself.
You should also look to the bottom left of the skill tree to see three more stealth perks for our playstyle in Cyberpunk 2077. Killer Instinct gives you a +25% damage boost with knives, axes, and silenced guns outside of combat. Gag Order is interesting since it gives you the chance to delay detection from nearby enemies if you attack the enemy that caught you in time. And then there’s Quick Getaway which gives you +10% movement speed after neutraling an enemy. This is useful if you want to move from enemy to enemy and take each one out silently.
