Valve has confirmed that Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will be available for all platforms (PSN, XBLA, Steam) on 21 August, 2012.

Exact pricing has yet to confirmed, but Valve has said that it will cost “approximately $15 on all platforms.”
The press release goes on to say the game will feature new maps, characters, weapons and updates versions of “class CS content” such as de_dust.
New gameplay modes, matchmaking options, leaderboards are also included.
If you’re at E3 this week, the game will be playable there.
