Episodic adventure series Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller will continue with its second episode, ‘The Wise Monkey,’ on 30 January. It topped our reader awards for Best Adventure of 2012, so news of a forthcoming episode from Phoenix Online will no doubt be welcome.
As its name suggests, heroine Erica Reed possesses some post-cognitive abilities (which should come in handy when tracking down criminals.) But what she’s unable to predict is which of her fellow bureau members will be attacked next, as Episode 2 finds a demented killer targeting her department.
You can get caught up with the story so far, and get a sneak peek at Episode 2 in the video below. In addition, YouTube user Toegoff will apparently be streaming the second episode through his channel from 7.30pm Eastern on 27 January.
