Developed by Fatshark (they of War of the Roses and War of the Vikings fame) Warhammer: End Times Vermintide puts players in the city of Ubersreik, which is currently under siege by hordes of Skaven. Players each take the role of one of five heroes, all of whom have different skills and abilities, and work together to stem the swarming, skittering, shrieking tide of ratmen by fighting through environments ranging from the top of Magnus Tower to the depths of the Under Empire.

Warhammer: End Times Vermintide is due out “in the second half of 2015.” Specific details are thin on the ground, but there’s an announcement trailer and some screenshots below, neither of which are recommended for those with a fear of rats.
