City of Heroes Issue 16 Open Beta Live

Players wishing to try out the new features of the upcoming City of Heroes Issue 16 can now log onto the open beta test to give them a spin.Instructions for joining the OBT can be found at the CoH OBT page. Players are encouraged to report bugs and issues by using the OBT forums.In Issue 16 players can change the colours of their powers and move between Archetype, Powersets, Costumes and Character ID without losing progress. Super Strength and Martial Arts heroes will receive new animations and Stone Armor and Necromancy will also get more customisation.Some Powersets are being made available to Archetypes that didn’t have access to them before, such as assault rifles and traps, which can now be used by Defenders.
