Tarakan recruitment and skills training

Recommended Videos

I encountered Tarakan early in Chernobylite‘s campaign, but he was very wary of intruders.

In “Old Documents” (Kopachi), the objectives will lead you to his safe. The room will then close, slowly filling with gas. You need to click on a switch on the wall to get out.

After a few missions where he gives you hints, you’ll receive “The Crumb Trail” (Kopachi). NAR soldiers will be after him and, once you’ve taken them out, you can have him join the team.

Here are the skills that Tarakan can train you in:

  • Saving – 10% cheaper crafting/building costs.
  • Camouflage – Increases the time before enemies detect you.
  • Software Upgrade – Allows the Environmental Analyzer to highlight enemies and to recharge faster.

Anyway, let’s go to the next part of our Chernobylite companions and skills guide to learn about Sashko.
