Link can replay major boss fights in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, although the replay scenarios are not identical to the main story encounters. You must gain access to the Depths to participate in these encounters. This is in reference to the cavernous expanse which exists below Hyrule as a dark reflection of the world above. With this in mind, the boss fights will feel far more creepy in the Depths, but you can essentially replay the scenarios. The alternate setting is the only real difference.

Several such bosses known to spawn in the Depths include Colgera, Marbled Gohma, Mucktorok, Queen Gibdo, and Phantom Ganon. These are all major bosses, but there may be additional bosses lurking in the Depths and we will update this guide as more info becomes clear about the full extent of boss rematches.

Players can essentially replay the major boss fights as many times as they want though. This also means that Link can acquire the rewards for beating them. However, there is one limitation regarding boss respawns. They will only return in the Depths after a new Blood Moon. You don’t have to wait that long to refight each boss though, because there are multiple instances of bosses that spawn in different locations each cycle.

This is an interesting way in which you can replay boss fights in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to say the least, because it’s not exactly convenient but does make encounters feel more like endgame content. There’s no difference when it comes to difficulty though, so this method is simply a way to replay the boss fights. If you plan to explore the Depths soon, you may as well grab the Depths armor while you’re down there.
