Call Of Duty Statement Fixes

Call of Duty statement promises to fix the issues impacting the game

Much needed fixes are on the way.

If you have played a recent Call of Duty title lately, you will know that the titles have had their share of troubles. From game-breaking bugs, server issues, to invisible skins, and more, it seems impossible to play a match without encountering a problem. As expected, this has caused the community to become frustrated. To address concerns, Activision has issued a statement and provided fans with some clarity on the state of Call of Duty.

The statement acknowledges the calls to fix the game, and affirms that the developers are on the situation. We are told that updates are being deployed as fast as possible for Call of Duty: Vanguard, Warzone Pacific, and Modern Warfare 2019.

Expect bugs to be squashed across Call of Duty

In a thread, the statement is followed up with a brief list. It explains what has been fixed in Warzone Pacific and in Vanguard, and what further fixes are to come. In terms of Warzone Pacific, invisible skins are being investigated. Also, freezing when accessing a buy station is being worked on and it will hopefully become a distant memory. Apart from the bugs and glitches that have become a commonplace in Vanguard, Sledgehammer Games are working on shotgun and Incendiary Round nerfs. Moreover, fundamentals of multiplayer such as perks, matchmaking, game modes, and more will receive tuning.

So far, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 fans have received nothing but radio silence. Although this title was included in the statement, we are not informed on what specific problems are being worked on.

It is always promising to see developers respond to its player base. However, the statement is just the start of trying to get Call of Duty back on track. Fans are urged to follow the development teams on Twitter for real-time updates. Additionally, you can always keep an eye on the Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Trello Boards.
