Gearbox has revealed that The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler – the second Headhunter pack for DLC festival Borderlands 2 – will be out on 26 November.

This time around, Mister Torgue is hosting a sort of… hunger… game… to hunt down a giant monster turkey, with competitors randomly selected from all regions of Pandora. I wonder what that could be a reference to. It’s not just about brutal deathmatches with unwilling participants, though! It’s also all about family, with Torgue’s grandmother – Grandma Flexington – making an appearance. She looks like a lovely lady, doesn’t she?

So yeah, it’s a Thanksgiving pack. Considering that TK Baha’s Bloody Harvest was themed around Halloween, I’m going to guess that December’s pack – How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day – will be a Christmas one. If there’s a fourth, what do we reckon? A Valentine’s Day massacre?

26 November if you fancy hunting a Wattle Gobbler. This little mission will cost you £2.39.
